CYBERABAD NEWS : As a part of apprehension of accused persons in the Robbery case which has been day before yesterday.,(20.06.2024) took place beside the Medchal Police Station. Taking this offence as a prestigious issue under the Guidance of CP & DCP Medchal, DCP CCS, DCP SOT, Cyberabad about 16 teams were formed and meticulously scrutinized about 161 CCTV footages nearby the scene of offence and enrooted the path of the accused person travelled. On meticulous and continuous verification of all the CCTV footages traced the accused person in tactical manner.DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED PERSON :
- Nazim Aziz Kotadia (A-1), S/o. Aziz Hassan Kotadia, Age 36 yrs, Occ: Business.
- Shaik Sohail (A-2), S/o: Late Mahaboob, Age: 23 years, Occ: Scrap Business.
- Salman (A-3).
Accused A1 involved the following cases
1) Cr.no. 604/2024 U/s 398, 307 IPC of Medchal Police station, Cyberabad.
2) Cr.no. 65/2024 U/s 394 R/w IPC of Chadharghat, Hyderabad.

BRIEF FACTS :
The Accused person Nazim Aziz Kotadia (A-1) is born and brought up in Mumbai Maharashtra State. After completion of his studies he went to Africa, China and America for job. His parents stays in America. After staying in America he came to Kompally, Hyderabad and got married and blessed with a baby boy in August 2023 and incurred huge loss business loss. Nazim Aziz Kotadia (A-1) started driving for Rapido to support his family. He even purchased two bikes and hired two drivers and continuing. Meanwhile (A-1) was not getting enough money from Rapido rides he decided to commit crime to earn easy money to fulfil his needs. He along with other two using the same Modus Operandi made recce of the jewellery shop at chaderghat PS Area and using the knife he made stab injury to victim and escaped with the booty and the (A-1) got carried in Cr.No 65/2024 U/s 394 r/w 34 IPC of Chaderghat P.S. Hyderabad got arrested and was sent to Chanchalguda jail. In the Jail he got acquainted with the person (A-2) and they became friends and exchanged there ideas to commit crime along with Salman (A-3). The accused person Nazim Aziz Kotadia (A-1) got released from jail on 09.04.2024 from jail and sohail(A-2) also got released. Both of them hatched a plan to commit robbery and both were made recce of jewellery shops in Cyberabad Commissionerate limits- 4 shops, Hyderabad Commissionerate- 3 shops, Rachakonda Commissionerate – 3 shops i.e 1. Quthubullapur, 2. Jagadgirigutta, 3. Uppal, 4.Boduppal, 5.Karwan, 6.Borabanda, 7. West Marredpally, 8. Malakpet, 9.Amberpet and finally 10th jewellery shop robbery at Medchal.
The accused persons planned to rob a jewellery shop in Medchal. As part of their plan, on 17.06.2024, Shaik Sohail (A-2) and his friend Mohammad stole the Pulsar 150 DTS bike with registration number TS07GU6478 in the limits of OU Police Station at Habsiguda. A-1 and A-2 kept the bike on the outskirts of Medchal two days before the offence. Subsequently, they purchased a burqa and a knife.
On 20.06.2024, the accused (A-1) and (A-2) arrived in A-3s vehicleMedchal on an Ashok Leyland trolley with a closed cover. (A-1) wore the burqa as they headed towards the outskirts of Medchal, towards Nizamabad. Nazim Aziz Kotadia (A-1) sat as a pillion rider on the bike, while A-2) riding the Pulsar bike. They conducted recce at Medchal town for 3-4 times.
After confirming there were no customers in the shop, around 1:40 PM, Nazim Aziz Kotadia (A-1) and Shaik Sohail (A-2) entered Jagadamba Jewelry Shop, which was not crowded. (A-1) threatened to kill the owner, stabbed him on the left side of the chest, and attempted to steal the gold ornaments.
Meanwhile, the owner’s son was alerted and rushed to rescue his father. The accused persons escaped from the spot, made a U-turn towards the outskirts of Medchal-Nizamabad, parked the Pulsar motorcycle beside the road, and fled in an (A-3) auto. Today., (22.06.2024) at early hours the acused Nazim Aziz Kotadia (A-1) and Shaik Sohail (A-2) are arrested at Nampally while they were in front of the railway station.

2) CCS Medchal & Balanagar teams.
3) SOT Medchal & Balanagar teams.

Note: The police are vigilant in their efforts to eradicate property offenses. Public support is crucial in this regard, and people are urged to share any information with the authorities to help make Telangana state free from offenders. Furthermore, all shopkeepers are advised to install government-approved CCTV cameras with high-resolution capabilities. These cameras will be instrumental in detecting and preventing such serious crimes.

- Dial 100 in case of emergencies or to provide information, and contact nearby police stations.
